Criticism is supposed to be contained in all intellectual’s themes. The relation between criticism and intellectuals is affinitive and indistinguishable. When we start to lose the critical passion and condition? Where have all the intellectuals gone? Are the aesthetic context and critical context of intellectuals isomorphic? In this art lecture, Hu Jiujiu, curator of the exhibition “WEST TO THE EAST – Aesthetic Context of Intellectuals” will invite Professor Chen Danqing to discuss this topic with us.
